Our Mission

To empower underprivileged communities in Eastern and Central Uganda through entrepreneurship training, vocational skills development, and financial inclusion, creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods and economic independence.

Our Journey

From humble beginnings to creating lasting impact across Uganda.

2020

Foundation

Skill-upseed Africa was founded by a group of passionate community development professionals in Kampala, with a focus on women's economic empowerment.

2021

First Training Center

Opened our first dedicated training center in Mbale City, expanding our reach to rural communities in Eastern Uganda.

2023

Cluster Group Model

Developed and implemented our innovative cluster group approach, significantly increasing program effectiveness and community ownership.

2024

Refugee Program Launch

Expanded our programs to serve refugee settlements in Northern Uganda, adapting our model to address their unique challenges.

2025

Digital Inclusion Initiative

Launched our ICT and Digital Literacy program, bridging the digital divide for rural communities and opening new economic opportunities.

2027

Regional & Global Expansion

Currently expanding our programs to Central Uganda with plans to reach 5,000 beneficiaries annually by the end of the year.
